This deck is 0-1, after losing to the 'Psycho Geeks' deck. I made some more minor adjustments.

Theme & Rationale: This deck has a bunch of thugs.  Ratboy leads the gang, and they all contribute Subterfuge skills, even though Hosteen isn't physically menacing.  These agents rely on Subterfuge, Criminal Investigation and Evidence Collection for most sites, and some Alien skills. There are some cards to build RPs (e.g. Hard Evidence), a few nasties without overkill, and an 'Assigned to the X-Files' cards with Agents Mulder, Nemhauser and Kreski in the deck for some added muscle and appropriate skills if you get lucky to draw them together (the latter 2 being real cheap additions).  There are several government related nasties in the deck as well.   And the always nasty Margi Kleinjan / Terri Roberts combo.  These are all cards I have, and I didn't spend a fortune on.
