Theme & Rationale: This deck has psychologist with pistols - good combat skills, health, and decent Resource Points.   These agents rely on their Behavior, Criminal Investigation, and Evidence Collection skills.  There are the usual cards to build RPs (e.g. Hard Evidence), some nasties, and an  'Assigned to the X-Files' cards with Agents Pendrell, Bocks, & Kosseff in the deck for some added skills if you get lucky to draw them together.  There's also the always nasty Margi Kleinjan / Terri Roberts combo.  These are all cards I have, and I didn't spend a fortune on.  This deck basically has the dregs of my collection as far as rares go, but we'll see how it does against the other decks.
