Theme & Rationale: This deck has the white collar types, all having some Bureaucracy skills and the ever-fodderish Kreski to help take abuse.  These agents rely on Criminal Investigation, Bureaucracy,  some Evidence Collection and some Subterfuge for sites.  There are some cards to build RPs (e.g. Hard Evidence), a few nasties without overkill, an 'Assigned to the X-Files' cards with Agents Krycek and Lamana in the deck for fun and appropriate skills if you get lucky to draw them together.  There's the always nasty Margi Kleinjan / Terri Roberts combo, and the Russian roullette Safe House / The Stupendous Yappi combo .  These are all cards I have, and I didn't spend a fortune on.
